ASDP Level I Certification
Professional Certification for Small Business and Socioeconomic Program Professionals
The ASDP Level I Certification Program provides foundational and intermediate-level knowledge for professionals responsible for small business and socioeconomic programs.
Participants gain practical instruction on program management, compliance requirements, outreach and engagement strategies, reporting, and industry leading practices.
The program is ideal for professionals who are new to the field, transitioning into new responsibilities, or seeking a comprehensive refresher on current requirements, leading practices, and program management approaches.
The program is designed to help professionals strengthen their expertise, support organizational objectives, and enhance their effectiveness within their organizations.
Certification Examination
Participants must successfully complete the certification examination administered at the conclusion of the program.
Passing Score: 70%
Certified Federal Small Business Liaison Officer (CFSBLO)
Advanced Certification for Federal Contracting Professionals
The Certified Federal Small Business Liaison Officer (CFSBLO) program is designed for experienced professionals seeking advanced knowledge related to federal small business program management.
The program focuses on advanced compliance considerations, regulatory requirements, audit readiness, program administration, and industry leading practices specific to the federal contracting environment.
Eligibility Requirements
The CFSBLO program is intended for experienced professionals who have demonstrated foundational knowledge and experience within the field.

Certification Renewal
To help certified professionals remain current with evolving industry practices, regulatory requirements, and professional standards, ASDP maintains a structured certification renewal process.
