ASDP Certification Program

The Definitive Standard for Federal, State, and Corporate Small Business/Supplier Diversity Excellence
In the complex landscape of federal prime contracting, state and local mandates, and commercial procurement, maintaining a compliant and impactful Small Business/Supplier Diversity Program is a highly specialized discipline. The Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals (ASDP) provides the premier certification and educational framework designed to equip practitioners with the technical expertise and strategic insights required to manage programs that align with rigorous government and corporate expectations.

Why Earn Your ASDP Certification?
The ASDP credential validates your transition from tracking data to architecting a world-class Small Business/Supplier Diversity Program. It provides the high-level expertise required to navigate shifting SBA regulations, state-specific diversity mandates, and corporate sustainability goals, ultimately preserving the integrity of your organization’s federal, state, and commercial subcontracting profile.

  • Comprehensive Audit & Review Readiness: Gain the specific knowledge needed to prepare for federal DCMA and SBA Compliance Reviews (SBSPCRs), as well as state/local MWBE compliance audits and corporate internal reviews. We provide the guidance and tools to help you develop documentation and processes that meet rigorous standards across all sectors.
  • Reporting Excellence Across Platforms: Master the intricacies of multi-level reporting to demonstrate your program’s integrity.
  • Documenting “Good Faith Efforts” & Utilization Goals: Go beyond the checkbox. Whether you are managing federal subcontracting goals, state-mandated MWBE targets, or corporate Small Business/Supplier Diversity KPIs, we provide the methodologies to effectively track and demonstrate meaningful outreach and utilization of small and diverse suppliers.
  • Evidence-Based Compliance: Learn to build a robust “trail of evidence” for your program—from outreach activities and source searching to award justifications—essential for maintaining positive compliance ratings and securing future contract awards.
  • An Elite, Cross-Sector Network: Access a national community of SBLOs, Corporate Small Business/Supplier Diversity Leaders, and Public Sector Compliance Officers. In an often-siloed role, this network is an invaluable resource for troubleshooting challenges, sharing best practices, and staying ahead of shifting regulations across all industries.
