We take pride in being unwavering supporters of various organizations, including:

The HUBZone Contractors National Council unites companies and organizations to champion the U.S. Federal HUBZone program and small businesses.  Advocating on Capitol Hill and in federal agencies, the HUBZone Council shapes policies that bring opportunities to undercapitalized communities. The HUBZone Council offers excellent opportunity for small business program outreach.  Click here to learn more.

Formed in 1967 as the TRI-Association Small Business Advisory Panel, TRIAD initially aimed to coordinate small business subcontracting efforts from three industry associations: Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Government Electronic Industries Association (GEIA), and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA, formerly NSIA). Although NDIA, AIA, and GEIA no longer sponsor TRIAD, the organization’s name remains unchanged for branding purposes. BAE Systems and Collins Aerospace serve as the hosts for these industry meetings.

TRIAD meetings, held twice a year in a virtual format, provide a platform for the exchange of crucial information related to small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned small businesses, and HBCU/MIs, fostering broad-based government-industry communication, cooperation, and understanding. These gatherings also facilitate the sharing of best practices and training initiatives among advocates from various sectors, including government, prime contractors, small business professionals, and small businesses.

Functioning as a forum for members to benefit from the exchange of experiences, ideas, and information, TRIAD also acts in an advisory capacity in developing industry responses to government inquiries, conveying government views to industry. Additionally, TRIAD encourages member companies to support government agency activities and participate in events such as federal agency and congressional-sponsored business opportunity conferences.

“I am the VP of Supply Chain for a company that builds automation and tooling for aerospace. We recently went from being a small business to being classified as large overnight. This class was very helpful in getting us on the way.”

“I am so thankful my organization values our Small Business Diversity program and encouraged us to take this course! I could not have asked for a better learning experience! I have been a designated Small Business Liaison Officer for seven years now and there was a great mix of refresher material and new material that I don't deal with all of the time; plus, they highlighted new and upcoming changes! Best 2 1/2 days of training!!!”
