ASDP Certification Program.

ASDP offers a certification and educational program to recognize, evaluate, and train professionals who work to ensure their organization meets its Supplier Diversity goals.  Once you complete an ASDP program, your certificate demonstrates your ability to create and manage a world-class Supplier Diversity Program.   

Certified Supplier Diversity Professionals will also gain access to ASDP’s extensive professional network. This network collaborates to address challenges in the Supplier Diversity field, communicate best practices, stay up to date on new regulations, and build camaraderie in the field. 

Increasing emphasis of supplier diversity requirements from government and commercial businesses necessitates standardized practices, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting. ASDP is the premier organization for Supplier Diversity Professionals seeking comprehensive professional development.

Prerequisite for certification is successful completion of certification exam (70% or better).

ASDP certification is valid for three (3) years from the date of the exam, after which the certification must be renewed either by attending another class or completing the re-certification process. More information on the re-certification process can be found under the Certification Tab, “Certification Renewal Re-Certification”.

 After you complete the full training and pass your exam, you have three (3) years of certification status. In the third year, you can apply to renew. Your recertification status applies for three (3) more years. After three (3) years, you are required to retake the full training (full cycle – 6 years).
