April Fisher
Trainer
April Fisher is a Supplier Diversity Officer / SBLO for L3Harris Technologies, Inc. and a volunteer instructor for ASDP. April trains, supports, and mentors SBLOs, including reporting procedures, data troubleshooting, audit preparations, matchmaking and outreach strategies. Based in San Diego, California, she has 18 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain management and currently serves as a Lead on L3Harris’ corporate Small Business Council, contributing through offering targeted training as well as transparency and assistance in developing better processes, driving best practices, improvement and enhancement initiatives. L3Harris has a robust and highly successful Supplier Diversity program that provides small businesses and other diverse organizations with maximum opportunities to contribute to high-tech programs that support the warfighter and engage in technological advances in aerospace and defense.
