Lisa Tribuce-Leoung Tat
Education Support Team
Lisa Leoung Tat is a Small Business Compliance Manager at Collins Aerospace, where she is responsible for ensuring compliance to small business laws & regulations. This includes audit preparation, training the internal supply chain and contracts employees on Small Business Program requirements, and assisting small businesses seeking to do business with Collins Aerospace.
Prior to joining Collins in 2023, Ms. Leoung Tat was the Small Business Advocate and Contracts Supervisor at Bechtel, where she held various roles in subcontracts administration and in 2011 she added the BNI Small Business Program Manager to her responsibilities. Prior to Bechtel, Lisa started her supply chain / contracts career at Raytheon Company in Massachusetts, where she graduated from the 2-year supply chain leadership training program.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Assumption University in Worcester, MA, and has been ASDP certified since 2011. She resides in Florida and enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures with her family.
