Cruz Andino
Trainer
Cruz Andino is a Manager for Supplier Diversity for V2X Services (formerly Vectrus & Vertex Aerospace) where he is responsible for expanding the supplier diversity program within the company that operates in more than 50 countries and looks to transforms operations and sustainment for both government and commercial clients.
Before joining V2X in 2024, Cruz held the Small Business Liaison position for Honeywell for 9 years, managing 25 facilities and more than 230 contracts within the Aerospace sector. Within this period, Cruz has managed over 24 DCMA Small Business Reviews. During this time, he has partner with many associations as a speaker to promote Small Business utilization.
Cruz is originally from Aguadilla Puerto Rico. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix on Technology Management and has a Bachelor’s degree in Science on Quality Control. He is currently certified as a Supplier Diversity Professional, from ASDP since 2022 and his pastimes are spending time with his family and playing basketball.
