Pat has recently retired from Lockheed Martin where she served as the Enterprise Operations SBLO and Supplier Diversity Compliance Program Manager. As the Enterprise Operations SBLO, Pat worked with the Corporate Supplier Diversity team and Enterprise Operations to identify strategic initiatives to help Lockheed Martin achieve its supplier diversity goals and objectives to maximize the corporation’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives. She was also responsible for ensuring that Lockheed Martin was compliant in reporting to Government customers, participated in outreach events, and worked with the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) team to ensure compliance. Pat was also on the team for the Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs.
Pat had been a Supplier Diversity professional at Lockheed Martin Corporation for over 17 years, receiving her certification from The Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals (ASDP), where she currently serves as Education Chair. She possesses over 50 years of professional experience working for RCA Corporation, the State of Florida, and Lockheed Martin. She attended Colorado Technical University.
