Pat DeSanto
Trainer
Mr. Pasquale (Pat) DeSanto Jr. is the Corporate Supplier Diversity Program Manager for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Cherry Hill, NJ. In this role, Pat is responsible for the management of the Department of Defense’s Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan. This includes the establishment of processes, goals, and objectives to maximize Lockheed Martin’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives.
Pat has over 23 years of government contracting experience in various Business Operations roles including Supply Chain Operations, Overhead Rates Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury Operations, Program Finance, and Proposals.
Pat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Stockton University in 1996, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University in 2004. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Supplier Diversity Professional, and a 2002 Graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Finance Leadership Development Program.
