Shaun Smith serves as a Small Business Liaison Officer at Leidos, Inc., where, as the Associate Director of Small Business and Supplier Diversity Programs, she drives strategic initiatives and fosters impactful partnerships. With over ten years of experience in small business advocacy and supplier diversity, Shaun is deeply committed to advancing inclusion and empowerment in the spaces around her. A dedicated servant leader, she thrives on building inclusive, dynamic, and empowering environments both professionally and personally, always seeking opportunities to uplift individuals and strengthen communities.

Shaun earned a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel College and a JD/MBA from Howard University. Before joining Leidos, she held diverse roles across industry, federal, and local government procurement sectors. Her passion for empowering small and diverse businesses took root during her time at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Howard University School of Law’s Investor Justice Clinic in Washington, DC, where she supported their growth and success.

Beyond her career, Shaun treasures time with family and friends, exploring the world to immerse herself in new cultures, and embracing meditation to cultivate positivity and balance.
