As the Small Business Liaison Officer for Rockwell Collins, Amber Hanlon manages the company’s Small Business Office, an essential component to Rockwell Collins’ ability to grow and identify new market opportunities.In this role, Amber has responsibility for building Rockwell Collins’ participation in the Department of Defense Mentor/Protégé Program, leading Rockwell Collins’ Small Business Executive Steering Team, training internal employees on opportunities for small businesses and assisting small business suppliers in expanding their reach. Prior to employment at Rockwell Collins, Amber did sales and consulting for a financial services firm, specializing in small business clients.Amber has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Public Relations and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.

Holly Hutson is the Small Business Liaison Officer for AmecFoster Wheeler. Her job duties include, approving federal procurement source lists, provide Small Business training to the contracts, subcontracts and project staff annually, monitoring and reporting small business utilization, developing small business subcontracting plans, involvement in mentor protégé program and assisting with audits and surveys. Holly has been with the company for nine years and has her bachelor’s degree in business management from Tennessee Technical University.
Pat McHugh is Lockheed Martin’s Supplier Diversity Corporate Reporting and Compliance Program Manager. Pat is also the SBLO for the Enterprise Operations business in Lockheed and works with the Corporate Supplier Diversity team and Enterprise Operations to identify strategic initiatives to help Lockheed Martin achieve its supplier diversity goals and objectives to maximize the corporation’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives. She is also responsible for ensuring that Lockheed Martin is compliant in reporting to our Government customers, participating in outreach events, and working with the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) team to ensure compliance. Pat is also the sub-lead for the Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs. Pat has been a Supplier Diversity professional at Lockheed Martin Corporation for over 14 years, receiving her certification from The Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals (ASDP). She possesses over 45 years of professional experience working for RCA Corporation, the State of Florida, and Lockheed Martin. She attended Colorado Technical University.
Claudia Jara is the Supplier Diversity Representative for Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Training & Logistics Solutions. During her time at Lockheed Martin she has worked in the procurement organization, managing the purchasing card program and served as the Change Lead for the Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay system, responsible for making sure all affected users were trained. Claudia is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, CA), earning her degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
